Duplicate Emails

I’m not sure what the conflict is but we’ve had two instances of multiple copies of the same notification being sent to our users. There is no real pattern in regards to the interval in which they sent but roughly every 1-2 hours even though we have the plugin configured to send just once a day. We are running on WP Engine and don’t have any additional caching plugins enabled. Are you aware of any SMTP plugin conflicts?
