Duplicate donation forms After payments

    hello,

    after tested the payment with sandbox on donations, I now have 3 duplicates of the same Donation Form (total of 4) with the same Id. I tried remove the duplicate items and clearing the GiveWP cache, no change.

    Can you help me to solve this?
