Duplicate content issues with Yahoo sitemaps?

When generating a Yahoo txt sitemap urllist.txt for an entire site including a wordpress installation, should one manually remove any entries that both link to the same content in the blog section? Should I only include my main blog page URL, or the individual posts?
The way any blog is arranged, the same blocks of content appear from different URLs. The content of an individual post also appears in the page for the given month it which it was posted.
