Duplicate content issues related to trailing Slash

  • well i checked webmaster and noticed that i am having duplicate content in my title and meta as below eg

    mywebsite.com/rihannas-gucci-advertising-campaign?
    mywebsite.com/rihannas-gucci-advertising-campaign?/

    as you can see one has a trailing skash and the other doesnt. I have tried several plugings and tried changing the htacess and nothing has worked.

    My current htaccess is like this. What should it look like if I want to redirect so the post all have a slash at the end
