Duplicate content issue?

Hello, Can someone please tell me the proper way to set this up to avoid having duplicate content issues? How do I hide the page I am including from search engines so that the content only appears in the page that it is included in and not as a stand-alone page? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
