Duplicate content in Google

Hi,
I have discovered that I have now duplicated pages in Google index, because of double posts and categories. The problem is with pages URL’s. For example, pages:
https://lifewelove.com/en/news/
https://lifewelove.com/news/are the same page.
Is it possible to rewrite URL’s to show always the same address this form: /en/news/ instead of /news/?
