Duplicate content being created

Yes, the preview is showing correctly. We are using a shortcode within Message Text area, even when I disable the shortcode and just use text this still duplicates.

Thanks for your quick replies. I was just curious if this was an issue you have seen before. It may be something with our customizations.

Client isn’t up for sharing login now. It’s working so not an issue.
