    Could you visit StCR -> Management Page section and then, fill the option of Custom HEAD meta with noindex,nofollow meta tag if not already filled, ie, like: <meta name='robots' content='noindex,nofollow'> and see if that helps you to resolve this issue? Remember once you change these then, Google needs to crawl your site and re-index the site’s urls. So, it could take some time for those to be changed on the Google Console results’ page.

    The “nofollow,noindex” shows up now on your site for the comments subscription page:

    The next time Google crawls the comments subscription page it will see the “noindex” and remove it from the results.
