Duplicate Contacts in InfusionSoft

    Hi,

    Thank you so much for developing this!

    I have successfully added a form to my site and added tags so the contact information is added into my InfusionSoft database and my campaign actions are triggered.

    The only issue I am having is that if someone fills out the form again (or even fills out another form on another page), they are added into my InfusionSoft database as a new contact.

    Is there something I can do to force a database check for duplicate emails that will update the contact record instead of adding a new one if it already exists?

    I chatted with InfusionSoft support but they sent me here and I have no idea how to implement what they are talking about.

  • I’m trying to figure out if there’s a way to get IS not to create duplicate contacts as well. Were you able to figure this out, or find a workaround?
