Duplicate comment forms

    My site (superalzy.com) has duplicate comment forms. How do I get rid of one of them?

    I’ve looked through all my theme coding, but I can’t find any duplicate code.

    wow, that’s weird ??

    btw, check you single.php, do you have any function call

    comments_template()

    or something ? just comment it to

    //comments_template()
