Duplicate comment detected message for all comments

– have you checked appropriate boxes in setting:

admin – setting

My Settings sections are General, Writing, Reading, Discussion, Media and Permalinks. I don’t see anything about Admin? I did look over my choices under Discussion and they look right. I’ll play with the settings and see what happens.
