    Hello Team,

    I am investigating reasons as to why a duplicate charge might be applicable during checkout when no additional charge is created or defined?

    We had a customer get double charged on a payment gateway option, and we’d like to eliminate that as quickly as possible.

    Things I can’t do: Adjust the theme, disable too many plugins, or anything else as we are live.

    Can you please share with us the screenshots of the plugin settings page and of the checkout page where the duplicate charege are getting applied? so that we can check that once and can let you know about it.
