    Hello,
I’m experiencing an issue with BeRocket Product Filters on my online store. I’ve created two groups of filters – 1 for desktop view and 1 for mobile/tablet view. I’ve also specified for both groups which ones should display depending on the device (by going into the group settings and selecting the appropriate options under ‘Hide this group on:’) . I’m still however receiving this warning message for all of my filters when visiting my shop page:
Same filters with ID #### added multiple times to the page
Could anyone advise a solution to this issue please? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you

    Hello,

Cannot check it on your site, because it is required password.

    Hello,

When page is loaded you need to remove not needed filters. This way page will have only 1 version and it will be working ok.
This is the way we have it on paid version of the plugin. There is an option where you can hide filter/group for needed devices. This filter/group will be removed on page load.

Hi, I have the same issue.

I used the plugin without any problems a couple of weeks ago and then deactivated it. But today I wanted to try something and activated it again. I also updated to the latest version. However, now the I get the error that the op mentions.

I am not even sure how is one supposed to add multiple same filters. When I load the site I can see that a table is created, but after a split second it vanishes and I get the mentioned error (reproducible with refresh without cache as well).

    EDIT:

I have in fact added information on each product regarding their variation products. Is it possible that this causes the error?

The error was caused by the fact that I have two menus, depending on the view (mobile or desktop).

I guess I understand what was meant in the comments above. Thanks

    I have the same problem..
So what is the solution ?
