• Hi,

I am facing an issue with this plugin. I have set up a badge to be rewarded when a Learndash user completes a Lesson. However, instead of one, two badges are rewarded and in the list of badges that comes up, 2 badges are shown instead of one.

Can you please help out here?

    WP version – 4.3.2
    Badgeos Version – 1.4.6
    BadgeOS Learndash addon – 1.0.0.

    Awaiting your response eagerly.

    Regards,
    Shreyas

Is one a generic looking black thumbs up on a yellow sticker-like background? If so, that may be the “step” achievement that’s more internal to BadgeOS, and related to the complete a lesson step.

Thank you for your response Michael.

Yes, it is the generic looking black thumbs up badge. Sorry, I am not sure I entirely understand what you’re saying, I have already set up the Required Step as “Completion of Lesson 01” – so it should trigger only one badge.

When you say that the badge will be internal to BadgeOS and not the BadgeOS+Learndash addon, can you please elaborate a bit more?

Didn’t forget, but weekend showed up ??

When you create a “step” for earning an achievement, behind the scenes you’re creating a new post in the “step” post type. This is a post type that’s mostly internal, but there are places where it can be exposed. Sounds like your issue is involving one of those places.

What method are you using to display these achievements at the moment? I believe the widget has an option to exclude displaying “step” achievements.
