First, I am a premium user so I’m not supposed to use this forum, but I don’t know how pro users are supposed to get help. When I do a backup, it always does two backup files the exact same size and timestamp. Why is this? And is it expected behavior?

    Hi @lfitzhugh,

Just on a quick side note, are you by chance seeing something like this?

    boldgrid-backup-17d82be4-uploaded-1579721346.log
    boldgrid-backup-17d82be4-uploaded-1579721346.zip

If so, the first file is a .zip file, it’s the actual backup. The second file is a .log file, and it’s a log file that goes with the backup.

Not sure if this is it, but wanted to check.

    Thanks!
