Duplicate and Skipping Counts

  • Issues encountered upon submission of form:
    1) Duplicate IDs
    2) Skips count/increment

    Hello we’re using mailster and contact form 7 for our subscription. Are there any conflict or issues with the integration? Not sure if the duplicate ids happen when 2 or more users register at the same time. Regards skipping counts, the registration is successful using the form but sometimes it does not reflect on the subscription list we’re also not sure why it happens, can you help us solve this issue?
