Duplicate and repeated emails

    My Gravity forms version 2.4.19 has been sending random, duplicate emails every few days. We get the email when the form is submitted, then again every few days. Only certain submissions are repeated, for example in one form we had 50+ submissions and one of them keeps re-sending. We have confirmed that the form was submitted only once in each case. What can cause this?
