Duplicate and Modify a portfolio Loop

I am using the Bold Theme from Organic Themes. I want to make several portfolios and have them show different categories. I was able to create the new template and added the new array to Theme Options. Where I am stumped is the Loop. I thought I had changed all the corresponding id= in the loop, but it still tries to show the categories from the original portfolio. The only change in the id is to call the new portfolio portfolio2. This is the code for loop-porfolio2.php
