Duplicate and Inaccurate Title Tags

Hello,

I have tried out Squirrly SEO plugin and like it alot. However I noticed some issues with regards to duplicate/inaccurate title tags at archive pages such as Author,Category,Multi-Page.

I am not sure if it has something to do with my theme, so these are things that can be improved in the plugin.

Please help to look into this.
