Duplicate address in post URLs

I noticed that the URL for blog posts on my site (https://www.theleanconsultinggroup.com) is duplicated in the URL. For example, here is the URL for a test blog post I made:
https://theleanconsultinggroup.com/http:/theleanconsultinggroup.com/another-test
Notice how “https://theleanconsultinggroup.com” appears twice in the URL? What did I do to create that?
