Duo Security conflicts with Birchpress

    You can stop the login loop by deleting, moving, or renaming the duo-wordpress directory under the /plugins directory of your WordPress root on your WordPress hosting server. Depending on your hosting provider this may be something you can do through a shell, or through FTP, or you may need to place a support request to have it done.

    We haven’t seen this compatibility issue with Birchpress before. We’d be happy to work with you more on getting to the root of the issue.     Hi Duo Support,

    Thank you for your response. I have 3 or 4 tickets submitted through [email protected] and no one ever responded. I also used live chat 2 or 3 times and they just referred me to [email protected] and kept on opening tickets for me.

    Fixed. Upgraded to 4.3.1
