Dunning letter

  • How to create an automatic dunning letter (as PDF) if the customer didn’t pay within 14 days?

    I am using your professional version.

    When is the correction of invoice triggered?
    If I add a custom fee to an order via woocommerce or sth?
    If yes, then I could use this as the template for the dunning letter.
