    Hi, probably for my english, didn’t find in the doc info about sending tracking information mail to customer once tracking number is registered and – then – order status changed to completed (don’t have the “sending email” option in the dashboard). Thanks for comments. Regards.

    Hi and thanks but not my question. I use the free version for the moment. Question was : do the customer receive a mail once tracking info registered and order status completed ?

    Hi @esquipulas,

    Yes, once you add the tracking information to an order and change the order status to “Completed,” the WooCommerce “Completed Order” email will be automatically sent to the customer with the tracking details included.

    Thanks. FYI the page page=ast_customizer&email_type=completed send a fatal error on my side.

    To resolve the issue, please select a real order from the “Mockup Order” dropdown and try again. This should help avoid the fatal error you’re experiencing.
