dublicated categories when sidebar widget activated

Hi,
i have issue when in page attributes i choose template with right sidebar.
this automatically is causing that shope page has everything double.
if you check page https://bernackis.com/shop/ and scroll down you will see.
If i choose full screen page template problem is gone.

I prefer to use with sidebar widget, any ideas what can cause this?
