Dual/Double WordPress

So, got my site up and running at https://www.sundlof.se!
But many of you can’t understand anything there, because its in Swedish! So I wannt a site in English to! And swedish!
Is there anyway to have double wordpress on one server?
like this:

ROOT/Swedish/all the swedish “WP-whatever” files.
ROOT/English/all the english “WP-whaterver” files.

And then open Swedish at frontpage, and then a simple link to the english site?

This sound so easy please say its possible!
