dtdc plus not working

    Dear Ast Support,

    I hope this message finds you well. I’m reaching out regarding a compatibility issue I’ve encountered with the ast plugin and the DTDC plus shipping provider while developing a website for my client.

    I have been working on an order tracking website, and the ast plugin seemed to be an excellent fit for the functionality I needed. However, when integrating the DTDC shipping provider, I noticed that the plugin does not seem to work as expected.

    when i choose dtdc plus as the shipping provider and try to track the shipment it takes me to their website but doesn’t fiil in the tracking no.

    It’s my first time making a client’s website please if you can help me with this it would really really mean a lot.

    Hi?@raunakmscargo,

    We updated the tracking URL of DTDC Plus to AST’s shipping providers list, please sync the shipping providers list to update the information on your store.

    To sync the provider’s list, navigate to WooCommerce > Shipment Tracking > Shipping Providers, and from the top-right drop-down menu, click on Sync Providers.

    Hello, first of all thank you for replying the issue is fixed now but

    The same problem is occurring with some other shipping provider as well

    1 TRACKON

    2 SHRI MARUTI

    3 SPEED POST

    please see if you can do something about these as well
