I am having issues with the ‘Add To My Store” button at the woocommerce Front-End. Its allowing vendors in a multi-vendor woocommerce to add other vendors’ products to their stores. This is open to fraudulent activities, is it not? Screenshot link below:

Even after i disabled “Add To My Store” from the Menu-Manager at the Admin Marketplace settings, but this did not resolved the issue.
Can someone please tell me where to disabled this “Add To My Store” button from the Front-End?
    Thanks a bunch

    Hi @makinee,

This particular forum is for questions which are directly related to the features and functionality of the free WooCommerce plugin. It does not, however, offer support for questions related to any extensions or themes which can work with WooCommerce.

From what I understand you’re using a plugin called multi-vendor for WooCommerce. There are several multi-vendor plugins available from WooCommerce from what I saw when searching Google and I’m not exactly sure which one you’re using to be able to provide a link to the plugins support services.

I’d suggest reaching out to the support team for the multi-vendor marketplace plugin which you’re using as they should be able to offer some guidance with how to remove that “Add To My Store” button from displaying.

I wish I could help more, but hopefully, this gets you going in the right direction to get the job done.

Thank you so much for the info, Stuart, you’ve helped me understand some basic facts on how to resolve my support-question. You’ve been the most worthy gentleman since, i must say.
The offending plugin is the “WooCommerce Frontend Manager”
I installed it because it has the “Ask Question” button at the frontend that allows customers to ask vendors direct questions about product before committing to buy. But then there was this annoying “Add To My Store” button at the bottom of ‘Ask Question’ button that allows vendors to add other vendors’ products directly to their stores as if they own them. I mean, if fraudsters registered as vendor on my site, they would start nicking downloadable products of other vendors and making money out of it.

Now I have disabled the ‘Woocommerce Frontend Manager’, and the ‘Ask Question’ by customers I desire has disappeared with it. I have been able to locate the support page for this plugin and would be letting them know about it.

Thanks for your response to my support question, Stuart. You’ve been great!
    Maxine
