drops to the bottom?

    I am new to this blogger, plz advise

      Why is the blog dropping down to the bottom after the page loads, and not up top? The first photo isnt small enough to allow this?

      Comments that were made are not showing up under the comments left tool bar?

      Archives states August, but I want to change it to July and dont see where

      Liens is a strange word and I would like to change it to links, please tell me where and thank you

    Ok, I saw where to change Liens to Links, but why is the right sidebar not on the top, but instead at the bottom. Plz help
