dropping characters when typing in existing posts

  • I’ve started having an issue on existing posts where when I try to edit them I drop characters. It’s like my keyboard is acting up. I also notice the curser is flickering like there is some background scanning, or similar. I also noticed this happens when entering comments on existing posts.

    It does not happen on new posts, and seems to only happen once it is saved.

    Anyone seen similar issues before? My first thought is a bot or something that is monitoring the site, but can’t find anything that resembles one.
