Thanks for replaying. The first page of the form you recorded does not have two dropdowns vertically aligned (one above and one just below). Please check the second page of the form. There is an example of the issue in the second page (#f1p1). Please check Street Direction dropdown and Province dropdown. Please check screenshots here.
