Dropdown Submenus Disappearing

Hi all,

I Upgraded some plugins and ended up in “Enable Dropdown effects” not working. The website where this problem is in

Also, when I disable the dropdown effects, I am able to see the submenu, but not able to access the sub menu. It disappears very fast.

The site is in live now and all of a sudden this problem has come. Can anyone help me please on this?
