Dropdown select value and next values.

    Hi!

    I have a directory with the filtering option for a dropdown field:

    Option A

    Option B

    Option C

    Option D

    I need that when selecting a value, it is selected in addition to the subsequent values.

    For example, if I select B. It should show me the result of B,C,D.

    If for example, I select C. It should show me the result of C,D.

    If for example, I select A. It should show me the result of A,B,C,D.

    Is there any chance to get what I need?

    A dropdown filter cannot work this way. Each option must be selected separately.
