Dropdown Opens Behind Next Gravity Form Field

    When using your plugin, the dropdown selector for the Phone field opens behind the next gravity form field, not in front of it.

    Also, it does not behave quite the same as other native gravity form dropdown fields. That is, the dropdowns are clean and always display in front of the next gravity form field.

    Update:

    I may have fixed this issue by eliminating render-blocking issues caused by several CSS and JS files.

    Not quite sure this was the cause of the original issue reported above, so checking this would be great.
