Dropdown not closing consistently

  • Hi,

    I’m just setting up the plugin and on the most part I’m quite happy with it, first plugin that does presentable horizontal filtering. The only problematic thing that the filters’ dropdown open and close on hover, the arrows are not clickable, and the hover often get confused after the filter applied, resulting the dropdown staying open with no way of closing it but refreshing the page. Is there any fix for that?

    Hi Julianna,

    Sorry, but I can not reproduce the hover not closing issue on our demo, could you send us a link to your website, to the page where we can see the issue? and also, please let us know which items are clicked to reproduce the issue.

    Thank you for the quick response. I copy here a link of the page I’m working on:

    The hover froze most commonly with the price filter, especially if I leave the mouse there while its applying the filter. The arrow click doesn’t work on any of the filters, making me think it maybe wasn’t meant to do so. If so, is there a way to add it tho’? It would make the behavior much more stable and the usage more intuitive.

    Hi,

    Since the filter works using Ajax the dropdown menu stays active while it is hovered, I am not sure if that can be changed without breaking the dropdown functionality, also the hover doesn’t break on my end, I tried price filter and other filter combinations multiple times: https://share.getcloudapp.com/X6u9pp95
