Dropdown menu won’t appear on category pages

Hi !

for some reason, the drow down menu wont appear in category pages. I have tried uninstalling plugins but couldn’t get it to work. As you can see in the link provided, on non-cat pages the dropdown appears.

Related problem, on mobile, also on category pages, the entire menu won’t open
