Dropdown Menu Widget Submenu's only working on homepage

    I have been using the Dropdown Menu Widget for a longer time on my Woocommerce webshop in WordPress, and now it is not working correctly anymore. The submenu’s are only working on the homepage. When I navigate to a submenu it is showing the correct page, but then when I want to go to navigate to another submenu the submenu is not showing up anymore. Also in my backend in the plugin settings for this plugin I cannot set anything anymore, only a blue bar is displayed with no settings at all!

    I changed a lot on my website since a couple of days, the website is using now the Cloudflare CDN and W3 Total Cache and Slim Jetpack. Further is the CSS and JS minified now, i cannot find what can cause this issue now. I also deinstalled and reinstalled the plugin completely but that is also not solving the issue.
