dropdown menu not working properly

  • Hello,

    We recently did an update to our site’s theme and unfortunately the functionality of the dropdown menu in the directory has changed. It appears as a white box until you click on it and then you have to scroll with a sidebar through the category options rather than a dropdown menu opening up.

    Could I have some support in troubleshooting this? I’ve looked through some past support forums here and disabling Bootstrap completely changed the layout of the header menu bar. Just looking to make the dropdown visible and expand upon clicking on it.

  • It seems a conflict with your theme. theme css is overriding dropdown background. this can be handle with some css JS changes
