Dropdown menu not working in a group

  • Hello,

    I do have trouble with the plugin.

    I used a dropdown menu as a conditional field and it works fine on the first level. Then it should show another dropdown menu and here it doesn’t appear correctly.

    You can take a look at the page linked. If you go to Service souhaité* > Traduction, it should show 2 dropdown menus, one for Langue(s) source(s)* and one for Langue(s) Langue(s) cible(s)*.

    Any idea why?

    Looks like you have a div with a forced width of 0px.

    <div class="chosen-container chosen-container-multi" title="" style="width: 0px;">

    This could come from another plugin or your theme. Please try disabling some plugins.

    Hum, yes it definitely comes from the plugin Chosen. When it’s in the conditional form it’s not working. I have no idea how to fix this since the plugin Chosen is working fine on his own and yours too. It’s definitely the combination of the two that’s wrong.

    Do you know by any chance a plugin to make it easier to select several options in a dropdown menu? The basic way from CF7 is not really user friendly.

    Could you try and disable animations under Contact > Conditional Fields

    Yes. I use it for multiple choice dropdown because I don’t find the ctrl selection user friendly.
