Dropdown menu not working, bootstrap.js conflict

Hello,
I think there’s an issue in the way bootstrap.js is loaded.

It’s apparently used for dropdown menus, which causes me an issue when another plugin using bootstrap.js is installed.

I have installed “Download Manager” which is a plugin that needs bootstrap, but loads it in the footer. As soon as it’s installed, it breaks customizr dropdown menus.

Looks like bootstrap.js needs to be loaded in header to have dropdown menus working correctly (tell me if I’m wrong). I don’t see any bootstrap.js link in the source, how is it loaded by customizr? Not having it in the source is a big problem since when another plugin loads it in footer it will be used instead.

Any idea regarding this, is it a known issue?
