    Hello,

I’ve been using this plugin for two years and so far it runs smoothly. Thanks for the great work!
However, since a few days ago, the dropdown menu doesn’t show when users hover on it. Strangely, it works fine when:
    1. Logged in as a WordPress admin, or
    2. (When logged out) open inspect element tab using Google Chrome, switch to mobile view, refresh, close inspect element tab.

Please advise on how to solve this issue. Thank you!

    Hi,

If you have this option turned on, please try turning it off:

    Hello Tom,

    Thanks for the prompt reply!
I have tried turning off the “Load JS Deferred” setting, as well as other options in Litespeed’s JS Settings page, but the issue persists.
Any further help would be much appreciated.
    Thank you!

    Best regards,
    Nathan

    Hi Nathan,

Can you try disabling the CSS optimisation too, or exclude our plugin from being optimised? I think some necessary CSS has been stripped out by LiteSpeed.

    Tom

    Hello Tom,

It works! I experimented with the CSS Settings of Litespeed Cache. Turning “CSS Combine External and Inline” to On apparently solves the issue.
Thanks a lot for your kind assistance.

    Best regards,
    Nathan
