Dropdown menu in subject line not working

  • Hello

    I’ve entered the following under the Form tag in order to create a dropdown menu for the Subject line:

    <p>Subject<br />
[select* Subject "Ask KISBD" "Customer Service" "Sales" "Other"]</p>

    The menu appears, but when I fill the form out and send it, the subject line is always [your-subject] from the Mail tab.

    Do I need to edit the Mail tab to make this menu work?

    ?Yes – you also need to make sure that any CF7 tags used in the MAIL section match exactly with CF7 tags used in the FORM section.
