Dropdown menu from database not showing up on mobile device

    I have 3 dropdown menus that are populated with data from the database. They show up perfectly on the computer, but I can’t seem to pull up any database data in the dropdown menus on the mobile device. I use Elementor with the Hello theme. Does it have something to do with Elementor handling overflow? What can I do to make it work?

    Can you please try to recreate the menu using the nav menu widget? I see that the menu is currently added via the theme.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the suggestion! I see that I wasn’t clear that the dropdowns I have trouble with are in my Signup form, and not in the top menu. The dropdown fields, Team, Organization and Country, are created in Participant Database. It works on the computer. The dropdown fields on the mobile even show the options from my parameters, just not from the database. I was told it may have something to do with the cache.

    Hi,

    I want to add one more detail. When I edit in Elementor and look at the 3 dropdown fields in Responsive Mode, the options from the database are there for tablet and mobile. When I go to my phone and look at those fields, those options from the database are missing.

    I’ve cleared my cache for WP by Regenerate CSS & Data, and I’ve cleared the browser cache on my phone. No difference. Help!
