Dropdown menu customization not working

I have oceanwp theme on my WordPress site and there is a problem when I go to customize my drop-down menu (link color and link color hover) no changes happen
so how can I solve this problem
this happened also with the breadcrumbs and I found one post different when I deleted this post my changes started taking place again on the breadcrumbs
