Dropdown items not appearing or showing at the very top of the screen

    Hi Mondula,

    I’ve added your form to my website. However, in the dropdown area, the options are either not showing at all, or they appear at the very top of the screen and the options cannot be selected. Any help would be great, I’d love to launch the business soon!

    Regarding your issue. We would like to help you to sort it out. Does it still exist? We can’t find your issue at the provided page. The drop-down in step 1 is working and showing results.

    Hi, no the issue still persists. When you go to Step One, the drop down appears at the top of the screen (see image) and the user cannot see all options. Can the drop down options appear below the question?

    Also I removed the ‘required’ option and it appears a little better, but when ‘required’ is selected, it does not appear at all.

    Hi,

    with deactivate the search function, it will display below.
    To show more options in the side of the dropdown you need to adapt the css. You can use the custom css of the wordpress. You will find inside the customer.
