    Hello @niksebastian

I only have local url, beacause currently working with mamp
i can say form id: [wpforms id=”1455″]
or if u can wait we should launch soon and then i can send u url

    Hey @on1kaaa,

Yes, in this case, to replicate the issue, I need to take a closer look at the form. So a form URL would be good ??

However, meanwhile, you can try to set the form Styling as “Base Styling Only” by referring to this guide. I suspect the issue with the theme styling overwriting the form styling.

Thanks, and please let me know ??

    Hey @on1kaaa,

Thank you for your patience here! Looking at the screenshot, it looks like the theme may be adding some CSS that would customize the look of the dropdown, radio buttons, and checkboxes.

For further suggestions, It would be great if you can embed the form on a site and help me with the Form URL. This way we can help you narrow down the issue.

Thanks, and please let me know.

    Hi @on1kaaa,

We haven’t heard back from you in about a week, so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist further, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.

    Thanks!
