Dropdown for choosing categories?

  • Hi,
    I several OSM-Maps implemented in my website. Now I would like to make it possible for the visitor of my website to choose a category e.g. from a dropdown menu so the markers shown on the Map dynamically re-load to the markers of the different category.
    Is that possible?

    Maybe this would be a nice feature for the future?

    I hope it is clear what I mean. For example:

    A Map that shows all Railway-Stations, Airports and Bus-Stops as Markers. And on the side there is a dropdown menu in which one can choose “Airports”, “Railway-Stations” or “Bus-Stops” and the Maps then only shows the markers of that one category…

    Or is this possible somehow with the osm-plugin and I just didn’t find it?

    Hello @desputin,

    recently we do have a long list with feature requests and we can not give any feedback if or when this will be covered.

    But you can do it by your own or ask someone do it since the plugin is open source and free to be modified by everyone. If you want it to be part of the standard you can also submit modifications.
