You can use https://app.prntscr.com/en/index.html. Please provide a screenshot of you the header area looks like in the customizer, so I see how you’ve built your menu.
Also, did you try deactivating your plugins to see if any of them is causing the issue?

Hmm, that looks normal. Not sure what can be the problem, as it’s difficult to investigate this without actually seeing the code.
Do you have other plugins installed? If so, have you tried deactivating them?

sorry for my late response, unfortunately, I already deleted the plugin as soon as I discovered that it was causing a problem and damage to my menu. I think it was the plugin called beautiful blocks or something similar.
