    Dear users,

    If you are trying authorizing a remote backup on your Dropbox account and seeing the following message “This app is unable to link additional users because it has been frozen pending review.”.

    That means the plugin has reached 500 total Dropbox users connections. We need to apply for production status from Dropbox to enable additional users. We have submitted the application and the review process will be completed within two weeks according to Dropbox.

    We are so sorry about the inconvenience caused, will notify all users here as soon as we receive the approval.

    This issue has been resolved as we’ve received Dropbox production status approval. Now you can link your Dropbox account without barriers.
