    Hello,

    I use dropbox to make my backups, first I used one dropbox account, and then I wanted to change it. When I tried to change de account it was impossible, sometimes nothing worked (backups couldn’t upload to dropbox) and another times I put the new account, but the files upload to the old account. I fixed it going to DB and restore in wp_options the updraft_dropbox register to the original (without dropbox) and then I reconfigure the dropbox new account, and it works.

    Hi,

    Thanks for reporting this to us.

    To investigate further, can you please send us a copy of the full backup log?
    This can be found in the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab.
    The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.

    I am sorry but the backups with problems is not in the list of backup tab. Is there another way to get this log?.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the delay.

    You can obtain the log via FTP or cPanel File Manager and navigate to “wp-content/updraft” folder and download all the files with .txt extension.
