    tonight I’ve tried backing up my site and I keep getting “Dropbox error: failed to upload file ” error and haven’t had a complete backup yet.

    I had the same issue last week, but after I gave it a second try it went through okay. I rarely have any issues with this plugin so that’s why I’m concerned.

    Is this a known issue? I have a full backup log if you would like for further info, just need to know where to send, Otherwise, I think this is the error:

    “2814.953 (1) Dropbox error: couldn’t connect to host
    2814.955 (1) An error condition has occurred for the first time during this job
    2815.291 (1) Dropbox quota usage: normal=2046.5 Mb, shared=0 Mb, total=4096 Mb, available=2049.5 Mb”

    Hi,

    This error indicates that there is a lack of network connectivity between your webserver and Dropbox.

    This is usually a temporary glitch which sorts itself out. However, as this is a repeating issue, I would recommend that you contact your hosts and ask them to investigate the connection
